Directions: 
  • Lie flat on the floor with lower back pressed into the ground, legs extended and toes facing the ceiling.
  • Extend arms overhead so palms are facing the ceiling. 
  • Exhale as you simultaneously lift your legs and upper body off the floor to create a V-shape with your body, squeezing your abs as you reach towards your toes. Keep your spine long and shoulders away from your ears.
  •  Slowly lower back to start and repeat.
