Besides being absolutely tasty, this recipe is amazing for designing your body!  Beets are a great source of iron, folate, potassium, and other important nutrients. They are great for energizing your blood so you can ace your WorldstarBodies Body Design Programs. Tomatos are rich in antioxidants and vitamin C. Basil-Infused Olive Oil is our favorite flavorful source of monounsaturated fat to blasts belly fat and enhance nutrient absorption. This recipe will keep your tastebuds and your body healthy and happy.

UpBeat Baby Beats

Serves 4

Ingredients: 
1-lb slow-roasted baby beets
4 Tbsp basil-infused olive oil
1 medium tomato 
black pepper and sea salt to taste
micro-greens for garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel washed beets and arrange on baking sheet. Roast for 45 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from oven and let cool. Dice tomato. Coat beets and tomato with basil-infused olive oil and garnish with microgreens. Finish with salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
