​Work out with music. Music can lead to reduced muscle tension and more efficient oxygenation. Evidence has shown that music can also make exercise feel less taxing, helping you get that extra push you need for quicker results. Make sure the tempo of the music matches the exercise you are doing. For example, if you are doing a cool down the music tempo will be slower than if you are doing a sprint. Working out with music will enhance your workout and mentally help you design the body you want.
