Make Time For Yourself.
Remember to take time for yourself each and every day. Remove that pressure to be everything to everyone. Remember that you’re only one person and can only accomplish so much at once. It’s so important that you prioitize some “me time” because if you run yourself into the ground, you’re not going to be much help to yourself, let alone to the people around you. Make a recurring appointment with yourself everyday, even if it's just ten minutes, to workout, stretch, and breath. These moments are opportunities for you to become stronger, calmer, and more centered with each passing day.
