Berry Exciting Acai Bowl
Serves 1 Ingredients: 1 4 oz pack frozen unsweetened acai berries 1 banana, sliced 1/4 cup almond milk 1 drop vanilla extract 1 Tbsp coconut flakes 1 Tbsp goji berries 1 Tbsp walnuts Sliced strawberries, bananas, blackberries for garnish Directions: Blend acai, half of banana slices, vanilla, and almond milk to desired consistency. Pour into a bowl and top with coconut flakes, goji berries, and walnuts. Garnish with strawberries, remaining banana, and blackberries. If you can't find acai in the frozen section of your local grocery store, you can modify the recipe by using 1/2 cup almond milk with 1 or 2 scoops of organic acai powder.
