These coconut-covered chia seed truffles are truly amazing. This rewarding recipe is guaranteed to satisfy your sweet tooth and fuel your body with top-notch superfoods. Amazing Coconut Chia Seed Truffles

Serves 4

Ingredients:
3/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup cranberries
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp orange extract
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup raw honey 
1/4 cup  shredded coconut

Directions: 
In a small bowl, combine sea salt, cranberries, and chia seeds. In a medium bowl, mix orange extract, almond butter and raw honey. Add chia seed mixture to honey mixture and combine until evenly mixed. Divide into 24 balls and roll in shredded coconut to coat. Bon Appétit!
