This is a short, sharp 4 week Challenge – designed to achieve fast results.
The Training Guide includes a mix of HIIT and Resistance Workouts, to lean, tone and sculpt – and get results FAST. No gym or complex equipment required – all you will need access to are Dumbbells, Barbells, Kettlebells, Med Ball, Skipping Rope, Bench (or Box) and Mini Band.
The Meal Plan Guide includes a “Choose your body type” format, with Meal Plan options for Ectomorph, Mesomorph and Endomorph body types. It includes Vegetarian, Vegan, Pescetarian and Gluten/Dairy Free options. Please note, this is not a personalised Meal Plan (no Questionnaire required).
