A card a day keep the doctor away! The 52 day challenge is a daily progression designed to give you lean muscle, shed unwanted fat, and it's fun & simple. This is how the challenge works! Using J-Rockstar's Award winning Abs & Fitness Design Deck:
Day 1 - Choose a card- (Do 20 reps.)
Day 2- The next day choose the next card and do 20 reps, and do 20 reps of the card you choose the day before.
Repeat this process for 52 days
You will feel yourself getting stronger, tighter, leaner, and more confident!
